All orders are shipped with DHL Express , ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery.

Shipping area & shipping costs

• Switzerland : Flat rate CHF 12.95
• Worldwide : from CHF 55 (the exact costs will be calculated at checkout)

Delivery times (excluding production time)

• Within Switzerland: approx. 1-2 working days
• Europe: approx. 2-4 working days
• International (outside Europe) : approx. 3-7 working days

The stated delivery times are approximate. Delays due to customs, holidays, or external factors are possible.

Customs and import duties
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes and import fees apply.
These costs are to be borne exclusively by the recipient and will be invoiced directly by DHL Express upon delivery.
We as the seller do not undertake customs clearance and do not bear any customs costs.

Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number , which you can use to track your shipment online at any time.

Delivery instructions

• Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete.
• DHL Express usually delivers on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
• If you cannot be reached, DHL will leave a notification with further delivery information.
