Refund Policy

1. General information
MyRaceArt stands for the highest quality and individual craftsmanship. Since many of our products are custom-made to customer specifications, special conditions apply regarding returns and refunds.
2. No right of withdrawal for personalized products
According to current consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs (e.g. individual names, route data, engravings, choice of color, layout, etc.).
That means:
Personalized products are excluded from exchange and refund unless there is an error on our part (see point 3).
3. Faulty or damaged items
If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will of course offer a free repair, a replacement, or – after individual inspection – a refund.
Please note:
- Damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods .
- To do so, send us the following information by email to support@myraceart.com :
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the problem.
- We will review the case and get back to you with a solution within 3 business days.
Depending on the case, you will receive a free replacement product or a refund via the original payment method.
4. Cancellation before production begins
Cancellations are only possible if the product is not yet in production . Please contact us immediately after placing your order , ideally within 12 hours.
If the product is already personalized or in production, cancellation or refund is no longer possible.
5. Shipping problems & lost packages
Delivery delays caused by shipping providers (e.g. customs, weather, strikes) are not grounds for a refund.
If a package is proven to be lost, we will send you a new one free of charge.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees. Returns due to refusal or non-collection do not constitute a cancellation.
6. Return costs
We will cover return shipping costs in the event of justified complaints – only after prior consultation and approval.
Unannounced returns will not be accepted or processed.
7. Refund process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
In the event of late payment or returned direct debits, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees or take legal action.

Note for international customers
This refund policy complies with Swiss law. For consumers within the EU, mandatory consumer protection rights pursuant to Article 6 of EU Regulation No. 593/2008 (Rome I) also apply.
