Right of return

1. No right of return for personalized products

Our products are individually designed for our customers – be it through engraving, route selection, color selection or other personalization.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are generally excluded unless there is a proven defect or manufacturing error (see point 2).

This regulation is based on applicable international and national law, in particular:

• Art. 40c OR (Switzerland)
• Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU)
• §312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (Germany)

2. Return in case of defects or incorrect delivery

If your product is defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, you are of course entitled to a free replacement or repair.
In such cases, we ask you to do the following within 7 days of receiving the package:

• Send an email to info@myraceart.com
• Please provide your order number
• Attach photos of the item and packaging
• Briefly describe the problem

We will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 3 business days) with a solution.

3. Conditions for accepted returns (in case of defects)

• The item must be in its original condition and show no signs of wear.
• The return must be agreed upon with us in advance . Unannounced returns will not be accepted.
• The return must be made within 14 days of our approval .

4. No return in these cases

• Products personalized according to customer specifications
• Products that have already been assembled, hung or otherwise modified
• Color variations due to monitor or print representations
• Delayed deliveries caused by external circumstances (e.g. customs, holidays, transport problems)

5. Return address

The return address will be communicated to you individually after your case has been reviewed.
Please do not return anything without contacting us first.

6. International Returns

Customers outside Switzerland are responsible for shipping costs, customs formalities, and returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.
