All orders are shipped exclusively with DHL Express, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure delivery worldwide.

Shipping Areas & Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping to Europe, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. Delivery typically takes approx. 14 days from dispatch.

International Shipping:
For orders outside Europe, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, shipping costs are $20. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

Dispatch & Tracking:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Important:

• Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary slightly depending on local customs and shipping conditions.

• For international orders, please account for potential customs fees or import taxes in your country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

After payment, you have 24 hours to request changes or cancellations to your order.

Production Time

All 3D frames and artwork pieces are made to order.

• Current production lead time: 8-11 business days before shipping

• During peak season: Please expect an additional 3-5 business days

If your order contains pre-order items, the entire order will ship only once the pre-order items are ready.

Delivery Times (excluding production time)

DHL Express Delivery estimates:

• Switzerland: approx. 1-2 business days

• Europe: approx. 2-4 business days

• International (outside Europe): approx. 3-7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, or other external factors beyond our control.

Customs, Taxes & Import Duties

For deliveries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
These charges:

• Are not included in the shipping cost

• Are the responsibility of the recipient

• Will be invoiced directly by DHL Express upon delivery

We, as the seller, do not handle customs clearance and do not cover any customs-related fees.

If international shipments are returned due to refusal to pay customs duties, a handling fee of USD 20 plus return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your DHL Express tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment online at any time.

Important Notice About Vehicle Positioning (3D Frames)

During transport, model cars inside your 3D frame may slightly shift due to movement. This is normal.

To adjust the vehicles:

1. Carefully align the cars by hand

2. If necessary, use a small screwdriver to tighten the screws holding the cars in place

Delivery Instructions

• Please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete

• DHL Express delivers on weekdays between 08:00-18:00

• If you are unavailable, DHL will leave a notification with further delivery instructions

Liability

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Claims must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.
